SERMA Energy has expanded its battery testing capabilities and is opening a new 6,500 m² battery testing center in Martillac (near Bordeaux).
This state-of-the-art test center supports the global growth of e-mobility and actively contributes to the transition toward more sustainable mobility.
Key capabilities of our new battery test center:
- Cell testing: 250 test channels of 6V/500A (parallelisable up to 1000A)
- Module testing: 50 test channels of 300V/600A (parallelisable up to 1200A)
- 67 climatic chambers with environmental conditions from -40°C to +90°C
By increasing its testing capacity dedicated to validating electric vehicle powertrains, SERMA confirms its position as a global leader in battery testing.
Today, we operate with: 20,000 m² of testing facilities, 10 test platforms, 500+ cell testing channels, and 60+ module testing channels.
