FUEL CELL SYSTEMS TEST BENCH

  • Power range up to 100kW… 2MW
  • Hydrogen supply pressure max. 70 bar
  • Max. mass flow 40 kg/h (for each test bench)
  • Different types of hydrogen available (5.0, 3.8, 3.0)
  • Climatic chamber 12 kW (-50°C … +160°C)
  • Intake air conditioning (25°C +/- 5°; 2%…100% rel. humidity)
  • Cooling capacity down to -40 °C for coolants
  • Controlled bench air flow
  • H2 gas sensors and H2 flame detections
  • Developmental test (e.g. efficiency optimisation)
